Our multi-award winning cheddar is made with exacting care in the Cornish village from which we take our name. Inspired by our surroundings, between the rugged North Cornwall coast and its lush grass pastures, our recipe has been meticulously crafted for over 70 years. We mature our cheddar for longer than others to ensure we always deliver 100% on flavour complexity.
