Intense yet rounded Extra Mature Cheddar, made in Cornwall from 100% Cornish milk & typically matured for 20 months. - Davidstow 40 Month Reserve Waxed Ingot (250g).
Multi-award-winning, richly complex and ‘crunchy’ vintage cheddar; made in Cornwall from 100% Cornish milk & typically matured for 40 months. - Davidstow 60 Month Special Reserve Waxed Ingot (250g).
Unparalleled special reserve vintage cheddar, prized by Michelin Star chefs for its intensity of flavour and long-lasting aftertaste. Made in Cornwall from 100% West Country milk & typically matured for 60 months.
Davidstow Cheddar is made with exacting care at our multi-award winning creamery in the Cornish village of the same name. Inspired by our location, nestled between the moor and the sea, our recipe has been meticulously crafted for almost 70 years, ensuring every bite is never less than perfect.

To keep this product at its best once opened, ensure cheese is tightly wrapped.
Recycling Information
The wax we use to protect and present our cheese is not recyclable.
Other Information
Our waxed products may look irregular in shape; this is because unlike many waxed cheeses on the market they are not extruded. Rather they are cut directly from a larger block of our cheddar and then waxed. This ensures we maintain the characteristic ‘flinty’ texture our cheese is renowned for. Due to the age of the cheese it will not always cut to a uniform shape and can therefore result in a more ‘rustic’ finish.
