We have developed a new range of six retail products, specifically for Farm Shops and independent retail. These are differentiated in size, format and age profile to the products sold in supermarkets. They offer Farm Shops a recognisable, premium brand in a bespoke offering. We have 3 everyday cheeses at 12/24/36 months of age and 3 waxed products at 20/40/60 months of age, aimed more at the gifting occasion.

12 Months

36 – 40 Months

Unrivalled complexity of taste and crystalline appearance. The concentration of flavour pleasantly lingers on the palate before subtly disappearing with a wave of creaminess.

60 Months
